K3 Spark Mineral Side Effects Explained | What Are The Health Risks

The weight loss supplement market is flooded with a wide range of products, including keto pills, thermogenic supplements, and other types/forms of supplements.

K3 Spark Mineral is also a weight loss supplement scam created by a brand Zelso Nutrition sold on Amazon that promotes ketosis and can cause the body to utilize fat for fuel for both females & males.

The supplement is gaining popularity due to the miraculous claims that it suppresses appetite, aids ketosis, burns fat, and more. In addition, the manufacturer claims that the product is completely safe.

However, there is almost no dietary supplement that does not have the potential for side effects. As a result, we decided to investigate the side effects of this overhyped weight loss supplement.

We’ll go over all of the possible side effects / adverse side effects of K3 Spark Mineral. Aside from that, we wanted to see if the K3 Spark Mineral had any weight-loss properties.

Having said that, let’s get started.

What is K3 Spark Mineral?

K3 Spark Mineral is a weight loss supplement designed to improve your metabolism, curb your appetite, and help you lose weight.

The supplement takes your body to the ketosis stage where it burns fats to derive energy from it instead of carbohydrates. The energy produced in turn may help boost your metabolism.

Also, the supplement contains BHB salts, which are exogenous ketones that can raise your blood ketone levels and mimic the effects of ketosis.

Thus with enhanced metabolism, you may expect your body to be more efficient at burning calories and storing less fat in your body. K3 Spark mineral contains ingredients that have ketogenic effects.

K3 Spark mineral is suitable for both men and women who want to lose weight naturally and safely. However, there is no official website for K3 Spark Mineral and the product information is very limited.

The supplement is sold on Amazon but has very few reviews and ratings.

However, besides this thing, the manufacturer doesn’t have a dedicated official website for providing proper information about K3 Spark Mineral.

K3 Spark Mineral Side Effects

K3 Spark Mineral has no reported side effects reported by Amazon reviewers because of the low reviews and ratings of the product.

Second, because it is made with natural ingredients and manufactured in an FDA-approved facility that follows GMP standards, the possibility of side effects may be minimal with this product. However, this does not mean that the supplement is completely risk-free or suitable for everyone.

By reading the claims from the manufacturers the product should be well-tolerated and the chance to experience side effects should be low. Still, the individual ingredients may result in mild side effects you must be aware of.

Here is a list of some common side effects associated with the ingredients in K3 Spark Mineral:

  • The product contains Magnesium Stearate which is generally safe to consume but larger amounts can trigger side effects such as diarrhea and bowel movement.
  • K3 Spark Mineral has the potential to cause constipation and stomach pain.
  • Also BHB in this supplement like Calcium BHB, Sodium BHB, and Magnesium BHB, when taken by mouth in higher dosages can lead to stomach upset and headache in some people.
  • It also has an ingredient named senna which is a laxative, and taking this supplement may give you diarrhea or an uncomfortable urge to go to the toilet.

To avoid these side effects it’s better to take them in the recommended dosage. Also, consult your practitioner before starting the supplement. The following side effects are mild but may vary depending on individual factors such as dosage, sensitivity, medical history, etc.

Also, K3 Spark Minerals hasn’t been tested in any third-party clinical trials so, it is challenging to say whether it will cause side effects or not.

Besides this, the BHB salts can also affect your electrolyte balance by increasing your sodium, calcium, and magnesium intake while decreasing your potassium intake.

This can lead to dehydration, muscle cramps, weakness, dizziness, headaches, and irregular heartbeat especially if you do not drink enough water or eat enough fruits and vegetables while taking them.

Because of their high mineral content and osmotic effect, BHB salts in K3 Spark Mineral can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, and stomach pain in some people; these symptoms may be more probable if you take large doses or ingest them on an empty stomach.

If consumed in significant quantities, other ingredients such as magnesium stearate and rice flour may trigger digestive issues such as bloating or gas.

If you have a medical history or are taking medicine, do not take K3 Spark Mineral without first consulting your doctor. As a result, bear this in mind.

Additionally, some individuals may have allergic reactions or sensitivity to any of the ingredients, so read the label closely before using this product.

Naturopathic physician and YouTuber Brian Yeung examines the contents of this supplement in an interesting and lively video, reaching many of the same conclusions as us.

Please note that as soon as you see any serious/adverse side effects immediately stop taking K3 Spark Mineral. If the side effect continues for a long, seek your doctor’s help.
