Introstem Review: Is Their Expensive Product Line Worth Your Attention?
Introstem has the most expensive product line in the skincare brands we have come across so far. Each of Introstem’s products is expensive enough to blow your mind (at least on its official website).
Several of the Introstem products might cost you more than a grand or two without a discount.
But, have you ever thought about why is Introstem so expensive? It is because they use a technology named Stem Cells in their products. You’ll know this in greater detail later.
In this article, we are answering some of the most common queries users have about Introstem. You will also get to read the reviews of a few popular Introstem products!
What You Will Learn?
Excited? Let’s dive in.
What Is Introstem? Introduction
Introstem is a luxury skincare brand that owns one of the most expensive skin care product lines in the US. By leveraging Stem Cell Technology, Introstem claims that their products are meant to defy aging symptoms and improve your skin health.
Grape Stem Cells, also regarded as their star ingredient, is the key ingredient of most of their products. But, does Stem Cell have any scientific evidence?
Introstem fails to provide any scientific evidence regarding the use of Grapes Stem Cell to improve skin health. Neither did we find any medical research regarding the same.
Thus, trusting that Stem Cell technology can show dramatic changes in the appearance of your skin and that it will be long-lasting is not a wise decision.
All that is left to it is that Stem Cell Technology is just a marketing strategy used by Introstem that doesn’t have any scientific evidence.
Introstem’s Stem Cell Technology

Stem Cells are undifferentiated cells with the potential to develop into specific cell types in a given organ & tissue in your body.
These cells are gaining a lot of interest and attention in beauty products because they contain proteins and amino acids that send other signals to regenerate, resulting in improved skin turnover and an overall younger-looking appearance.
Stem Cells used in Introstem beauty/skincare products often contain plant stem cells; these are usually extracts derived from plants, such as – grapes, rather than live cells.
While plant-derived stem cell extracts can certainly have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects.
However, currently, there is no evidence proving a clinical benefit in the Introstem and other beauty products that those stem cells will not be able to achieve the same amounts of generation and repair in our bodies.
Also, these plant stem cells cannot do in our bodies what they manage to do in plants because we are mammals, not plants.
As a result, why do most Introstem products contain actives or peptides in addition to plant stem cell extracts? Plant-derived stem cell growth factors can play an important role in skincare by activating several processes in our skin.
But it isn’t sure that Introstem and its skincare products use that same technology “Growth Factor” in their products. Furthermore, they did not show or share on their official website what exactly goes into their stem cell technology and how they employ it in their products.

Some of the Introstem’s top products are:

Introstem Stem Cell Eye Serum Review

IntroStem cell eye serum is an eye serum formula that is designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and puffiness around your eyes. This eye serum product by Introstem is infused with Sodium hyaluronate and grape stem cells.
This formula contains several research-backed and effective anti-aging ingredients and offers benefits including Sodium Hyaluronate which helps to plump and diminish fine lines.
As per the official product page, IntroStem claims that this product employs a lightweight formula designed for the sensitive skin around your eyes, as well as uses an ingredient-rich that easily absorbs into the skin’s surface.
Key Ingredients
These are some of the active ingredients used throughout IntroStem cell eye serum
Palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is a synthetic fatty acid-linked peptide that can help repair visible skin damage and strengthen the skin’s underlying supportive elements.
Sodium hyaluronate has been demonstrated in clinical research to have “remarkable anti-wrinkle” effects.
Camellia Sinensis and its extracts can improve skin regeneration by its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and toning properties. It is strongly soothing, eliminates excess sebum, and improves skin hydration.
Propylene glycol is a humectant and it is added to Introstem Cell Eye Serum to increase moisture retention in the skin (1).
This eye serum contains two synthetic preservatives including phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, which have been demonstrated in clinical studies to be harmful to human cells.
Cost
Before getting into the conclusion of buying this eye serum from Introstem it costs around $600 and this definitely isn’t a budget-friendly option with effective anti-aging ingredients.
As a costly eye serum, this product has a good concentration of plant-derived stem cell extracts, actives, and peptides.

Are There Any Introstem Complaints?
Yes, Intostem does have complaints from its users regarding its products and services.
A handful of users raised their complaints on the company’s BBB profile. However, Intostem failed to resolve most of its consumer complaints.
It indicated that the company has no concern for the problems faced by their users while using their products. Many users had complained that the company did not give them a refund as it claims.
Some users also faced some health-related problems while using Introstem products. Below are some Introstem complaints taken from BBB and Amazon.
“On July 3 in old Town ******** I purchased the whole set of introstem they were very pushy about selling this product they told me it’s good for also back pain, migrains it hasn’t done anything for me also haven’t seen no results on my face and products making me break out now I’m stuck for 3 years with payments ******** dollars and another ******** for interest in something that dosent work this is a scam and I need for them to cancel this”
“On May 23, 2023, I entered the Intro Stem Beauty Store in ******************** and was offered a free session to try a Red Light Laser and beauty mask. I was told that this normally has a $600 price tag but they were offering a free session for trying the product. I did buy two items, but I was charged for a beauty treatment that was advertised as free. I have made contact with the store and have requested that this be refunded based on what I was told from the sales associate. The sales tactics were quite deceptive and i believe that I am due a refund”
Jennifer Rineman says – Total Scam
“What a scam, and thankfully I didn’t fall for it! I got suckered into a high-pressure sales pitch after being offered a free sample. Instead of being handed a packet to walk away with, she sat me down and spent at least a minute rubbing this stuff on my eye, then another couple of minutes drying it with a fan. I had seemingly amazing results, but the stuff felt really tight and weird on my skin. When I finally got away, within maybe 10 minutes of leaving the stuff started to burn on my skin and when I rubbed it, it felt grainy and weird. Upon looking in the mirror, it was flaky and white. It was like she put Elmer’s glue on my eye. I rubbed the stuff off, and *poof* my eye was baggy again. There are bad reviews of this stuff all over the internet”

Is Introstem Worth Its Price?
With the use of powerful ingredients, Introstem might provide a healthy solution to treat various skin conditions. Also, their website is pretty helpful and well-designed for details.
However, many customers are not satisfied with the results.
We found the user’s feedback a little disappointing after looking at its price point. You can get something better and more trusted than Introstem at a price less than you pay for it.
However, if you have already made up your mind to give Introstem a try, consider purchasing from some third-party retailer.
